Hotel Limon, Sector 29, Gurgaon

The room allotted to us was spacious and clean with good view. Check-in was super quick and efficient and staff at reception generally friendly. We had opted for the Dinner plan. Food was amazing and varied.

The hospitality was truly exceptional, Making for memorable stay. The food was delicious with breakfast offering a particularly impressive spread. Every staff member demonstrated excellent service and a commitment to guest satisfaction. The room cleanliness was impeccable, Providing a comfortable and refreshing space. It’s clear that attention to details is a priority creating a positive experience overall.And yes in corporate world it’s best for family or alone person.

Close to work

They didn’t let me check in without paying the money in advance. They didn’t have an advance payment policy on booking.com or at the property to show me in writing and withheld the keys at 11:30 at night. I had to call the police for help.

Worst Experience Ever

I made this booking for my Guruji and when he was not in the room, cleaning staff took Rs.6000 from his bag and when the same was reported to Duty Manager he was also not helping. Rooms are also very small and built quality is really bad.

Comfortable Bed, Clean Washroom, Most Staffs are helpful (Except Night Shift), Decent Breakfast

Our experience at this hotel in Gurugram was horrible and scary. While the beds and washroom were fine, the security was extremely poor. There were no baggage scanners, no body checks, and no security guards at the main gate.The worst part happened at 3 AM when a hotel staff member unlocked our door with a master key without knocking or informing us, despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign. He was with another man, who was later said to be a guest from another room. We were terrified and screamed, and they both apologized. When I called reception, they said it was a mistake. Later, the manager checked CCTV and found that the guest from the next room had asked the staff to open our door.Shockingly, the rooms also lack basic security features like a manual latch or chain lock, which are standard in most hotels. They would give a manual door key but they could still open the gate with master key anytime. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Please be careful and prioritize safety when choosing a place to stay.

The breakfast was traditional because it's boutique hotel, so i wasn't satisfied that much about the breakfast

Breakfast was good. rooms , bathrooms were modern and clean.staff is polite and help fulldoes not take CC.. but if you mail before, they will arrange another method of online payment

Rooms are clean and beautiful. Rooms could be more spacious. Overall the staff, food,the ambience ,location, everything is fabulous. I said there for 3 days, they even offered me a complimentary dinner. Service is good and attentive staff. You can choose this hotel without a second thought.

The room is spacious for this price. Since it is new, the linen and beddings are relatively fresh.Location is perfect to go for meetings in both sides or both end of Gurgaon. Easy access to Uber and taxi and not far away to Ambience Mall Gurgaon.The lighting is bright, good to keep awake and the electric privacy blinds help to effectively block out the light.Since it is smart TV, a lot of channel / apps to choose from. The internet is great.It’s good that the rooms are facing inner road, so it is quiet and definitely had good night sleeps.The staff are alert and courteous, which for this value is well worth it.

Water pressure can be improved as users would want a high pressure hot water bath after a day out.Maybe this is a newly setup, some attention to details on finishing would help to uplift the hotel image further.

It was a waste of money as they charged for such a small room too much. I did mistake, I should had seen room then paid. Looked liked i was misleaded by their wrong room pictures and facilities. It was liked a small lodge.
